This painting was painted in Bolton Massachusetts at the former Graceworks Gallery, in 1997.  It was painted in celebration of my improved vision after undergoing cataract surgery.  The surgeon gave me this plant.  The framing was done at The Culley St. Frame Shop in Fitchburg, which is where I have all of my pictures framed.  They are a quality framer, and I recommend that people who buy my paintings have them framed there so they will look their best.  All of my customers get a discount at The Culley St. Frame Shop.
